The following positions are available;

Chef

Full time position with daytime hours. Previous experience is essential. Must be able to manage a kitchen. Pay will reflect experience. £10-£12 per hour depending on experience plus a share of the tips.

Fish fryer

Full time position available. Previous experience is essential. Flexible working days/hours. £10-£12 per hour depending on experience plus a share of the tips.

Front of house

Full time and part time positions available. Flexible working days/hours. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as all training will be given. £9.50-£11 per hour depending on experience plus a share of the tips.

Pot washer/kitchen porter

Full time position available. Must be able to maintain a clean and organised work space. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as all training will be given. £9.50 per hour plus a share of the tips.

Fish filleter and stock manager

Part time position. (Optional full time position) Duties will include fish prep, potato prep and stock management. Option to increase to a full time position by including other responsibilities. £10-£11 per hour depending on experience.

Barista

Full time position with daytime hours. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as all training will be given. £9.50-£11 per hour depending on experience plus a share of the tips.
